How can I contact you?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. You can contact us by phone 01865 243624, by email hello@loveweddingprint or you are more than welcome to visit us in person at our studio/workshop in Oxford.

Where do I enter my discount code?
Once you have items in your basket which are eligible for your discount code, select 'check out' from your basket, then enter your discount code on the right hand side. You may need to log in or enter your email address first.

How long will my stationery take?
All Invitations are designed and printed in-house. We usually allow 2 to 3 weeks to complete, but can be done quicker if needed! Just let us know your requirements.

Whats included with my Invitations?
We offer a free layout service, once we have received your personalised information one of our designers will create your invitations and forward digital PDF proofs, followed by a complete printed proof for your approval before printing your complete order. Your invitations are supplied with high quality envelopes and free 'with love' stickers for sealing your envelopes.

Do I have to assemble my stationery?
We complete all hand assembly - folding, making wallets, tying ribbon or twine etc. Ensuring your invitations are ready to be sent out as soon as you receive them.

What is the order process?
After you've placed your order we'll contact you with details explaining how to forward your customisation details to enable us to create your first digital PDF proof. Once you are happy with the PDF proofs we will post a complete printed proof for your approval before completing your full order.

Can I customise the invitation wording?
All text on the invitation is customisable, we have shown examples here, though we are more than happy to use any alternative wording.

How do I send you my personalised information?
After you've placed your order we'll contact you with details explaining how to forward your details including a sample wording PDF and a form to complete with your information to enable us to create your first digital PDF proof.

Can I include menu options on my invitations for my guests to choose?
Yes, we could include your menu choices in the wedding information section with tick boxes on your RSVP section/insert.

Do my invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, we supply matching high-quality envelopes with all invitations, save the date cards and thank you cards.

Will I see a proof of my stationery before you print?
After we have received your order we will email you a PDF proof of your stationery, once you are happy with that, we will send you a complete printed proof so you can see exactly how your stationery will look in your colour and on your chosen paper.

How is my final stationery delivered?
We use APC couriers on a next day service. Items are delivered between 7am and 5pm. There would need to be someone available to sign for the items. Alternatively, we can use Royal Mail Parcelforce, where if no one is able to sign for the items they will go to your local sorting office.

Who are Eva & Kian?
You may have noticed ‘Eva & Kian’ as the names on all of our Invitation samples, Eva is our founders young daughter and Kian, is her boyfriend of course!
