INVITATIONS
1.
Initial requirement form
Once you have chosen your invitation, please let us
know of your initial requirements by filling in the
form opposite. We will then contact you (via your
preferred choice of email or telephone) with details
of how to submit the necessary information for us
to complete a first draft of your invitation, along
with confirmation of costings. We will give you the
opportunity later to order any further stationery
e.g. RSVP cards, place name cards, table plans, etc.
2.
Proofing Stage
After obtaining all the information needed to complete
the first draft of your invitations we will send to
you a PDF proof via email. If you are unable to accept
PDF's via email we will pop a copy in the post.
3.
Printed Proof
Once you are happy with the email proof (you can make
any changes at this stage), we will prepare a printed
proof so you can see exactly how your invitation will
look on the chosen paper. We require a £35 deposit
or full payment before we send this. Payment is by
cheque, debit or credit card.
4.
Approval
We will await your final approval or for any changes
before we print the complete order.
5.
Delivery and Payment
We use a next day courier service or Royal Mail to
dispatch your invitations, the courier requires someone
to be availabe at the address to sign for the parcel.
Final payment must be made before we send the stationery
to you.

THE DATE
If you would like save the date cards or magnets,
please either email or telephone us with your requirements,
we can confirm costings and produce a proof for you.
We can either adapt the style from one of our invitations
or use any ideas you may have.
